1. If my property needs a bit of repair, will you
still buy it? Yes, most of the time we buy
properties that need some repair. Owners usually don't have the
time to manage the repair.
2. Will you shoulder my solicitor
expenses? Yes, we can shoulder your solicitor
expenses during the sale of your property. Yo don't have to worry
about this.
3. Do I have to provide my own
solicitor?
You have the option of providing your own solicitor, but to make
the process quicker, we will advice you to use the solicitor we
will provide.
4. I don't want to leave/move after the sale of my
house, can I rent it from you?
Yes, we have alot of clients that "Rentback" their previous
property after the sale.
5. I don't want my neighbours to know that I am
selling my house and renting it back, is that
possible? It is basically up to you, the sale is
done privately, and there will be no estate agent signs in front of
the house as like we explaind we are not estate agents. They will
not know unless you explicitely tell them.
6. I am selling my house because I want to get rid
of my mortgages and secured loans, can you
help? Yes, we have alot of clients who have the
same situation as you, they just want to get rid of their mortgages
and and outstanding loans. Of course this will depend on the
remaining equity and the offer we can give you.
7. What is the major benefit of selling my property
to you? There are so many benefits that we can
think of by selling your property to us, but the major ones I have
